Remind Me How to Love with the Power of a Tender Heart

Remind me that softness is not weakness.
That the way I feel everything is a kind of superpower.
That tenderness is a rebellion in a world that tells us to armor up.

Remind me that it’s safe to open—
Even when I’ve been closed.
Even when I’ve been told I’m too much, too sensitive, too emotional.

Remind me that I do not have to become colder to be loved.
That the right ones won’t make me flinch in my softness.
That love doesn’t need to be chased or earned—it needs to be received.

Remind me that a tender heart is a sacred offering,
And I can give it slowly, deliberately, without apology.
That I can hold space without losing myself inside of it.

Remind me that I am allowed to feel deeply,
Speak gently,
And still draw strong boundaries.

Because this heart—this wide, wild, breakable heart—
Is not here to be tamed.
It is here to transform.

And that is its power.
